    • Operational Silos: Financial data is managed at the LLC (Holding Company) level, ensuring that operational field units only have access to the data necessary to perform on-site services.

    • The Archive Shield: Any physical records (such as service contracts or manual billing logs) are maintained in a secured, locked corporate archive at our North Dighton headquarters.

  • Third-Party Compliance: When we utilize third-party platforms for billing or communication (e.g., banking portals or email servers), we verify that these providers maintain high-level security certifications. While we strive to protect your data, no system is 100% secure; however, we maintain internal protocols to respond immediately to any suspected breach of our digital perimeter.

  • Data Minimization We only collect what we need. Once the legal and tax retention requirements for a record have expired (pursuant to our Corporate Record Retention Policy), data is securely shredded or digitally wiped.
