This Privacy Policy describes how The Late Anchor (governed by our parent company, The Late Anchor, LLC, as "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed Massachusetts Holding Company, that collects and stores your use of our website.

We collect information that identifies your internet profile, not personal information, so that we can see where site traffic originates and how long the profile stays active on the site ("personal information").

A. Information You Provide Directly

  • When you contact us for an estimate, you may possibly provide us with the following personal information:

    • Consent to contact you via text messaging, email, or phone call.

    • Service Details: Information about your property, specific service needs and scheduling preferences.

    • Payment Information: If you pay us directly, we collect necessary payment details to provide our bank.

  • Identifiers: Your name, email or text number, and service physical address.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

  • When you visit our website, or post in public forums that you need services, we may collect information from various sources to market directly to you, especially in the North Dighton Village.

    • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring website addresses.

    • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: In actuality, we don't the man power to do much more than see when people visit the site and where the traffic came from. I don't have the power to track your activity.

  • Service Delivery: To schedule, coordinate, and perform the yard maintenance and property care services you requested.

  • Communication: To contact you regarding estimates, scheduling, service confirmations, and follow-up on service quality.

We will NOT sell or share your personal information. We may have to disclose some information to the following types of other companies, to enable our suite of options to the clients:

These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. We must also comply with any requests from our parent company, The Late Anchor, LLC, at the discretion of it's Board of Directors with a strict best practice of "staying on our own vessel."

  • Legal Compliance and Protection: We may have to disclose your information, if required to do so by law, or to protect our rights or property, or prevent harm to our reputation and brand, and service marks, or to protect you and additionally,
    your assets.

  • The Late Anchor, LLC ("the Company") treats your personal information with the same level of stewardship we apply to your property. We do not sell, rent, or trade client data to third parties. All data collected is used exclusively for service coordination, billing, and strategic management of your property care.

  • Physical & Digital Safeguards - We maintain a "Defense-in-Depth" strategy for all client records:

    • Encrypted Processing: All digital financial transactions and contact submissions are processed through industry-standard SSL/TLS encrypted portals.

    • The Archive Shield: Any physical records (such as service contracts or manual billing logs) are maintained in a secured, locked corporate archive at our Dighton headquarters.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.
