we reserve the right of refusal to serve any person(s) or job-site(s), for any reason, without or without cause

​​cancel policy on regular service schedules:

--> no refunds​

cancel policy on project jobs:

--> canceled after agreed to commence work on a specific date = 100% plus any materials purchased for the job and a 20% restocking fee, deposits will not be refunded

USD Cash Money Only​

for regular seasonal summer mowing services, 100% is due for all customers at the start of the season, prior to the first service.

for project jobs, a 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of our services. final balance due upon completion

as per MGL Title IX, c.64H, IN SHORT:

1) The Late Anchor is required to report all retail items purchased for a job

2) the invoice will reflect the customer's tax due a its own line item

3) any sales tax paid is passed along and regularly reported

we reserve the right at any time to modify your agreement, and to impose new conditions, provided that in good fatih, i give ample notice of any major changes - unless it would not be reasonable to do so due to any business-related circumstances ​

--> you agree that you will have all dog pooh, childrens toys, floaties, sports equipment, tables, chairs, etc., picked up prior to the scheduled yard service date/time

--> after that, in order to stay on schedule, work in that area will be avoided, but the invoice will reflect a full service. see the cancellation policy for clarification, as missed areas of your yard will be considered "cancelled" if items are left about

​--> note that we only do this to prevent a cross-contaninating work environment, in both vehicles and trailers, and, the cross-contamination of worms from one yard to another is less-likely

a) you agree that you are able to engage in business decisions on the job-site

d) by using my services, you agree that you are the end-user
