for regular seasonal summer mowing arrangements, 50% is due for all customers at the commencement of the 2026 season, the other 50% is due August 1, 2026, prior to the next cut

for special jobs, a 50% deposit plus the cost of any materials is due upon acceptance of our bid. final balance due upon completion

​​cancel policy on regular service schedules:

--> no refunds, this includes seasons with abnormally dry weather where ground cover may not grow as rapidly in your yard​

cancel policy on project jobs:

--> canceled after agreed to commence work on a specific date = 80% of estimate +restocking fees for any materials already purchased

as per MGL Title IX, c.64H, IN SHORT:

The Late Anchor is required to report all retail items purchased for services provided and the invoice is required to reflect the tax as it's own line item

we reserve the right at any time to modify the arrangement, and to need new conditions, provided that in good faith, i give ample notice of any changes to give you the opportunity to chime in about the proposed actions to modify​

--> you agree that you will have all doggy doo, toys, sports equipment, grills, tables, umbrellas, etc., placed out of the line of service, prior to arrival

--> after that, in order to stay on schedule, work in that area will be avoided, but the invoice will reflect a full service

​--> note that we do this to hope to help prevent cross-contamination in the work environment​​

a) you agree that you are able to engage in business decisions on the job-site

d) by using my services, you agree that you are the end-user
